TX – Systemwide Technical (Represented by UPTE)

Range adjustment Step–based titles: 0.5% increase 10/1/02.
2–step range extension for Photographer and Electronic Tech series. Additional 1% for title codes 8303, 9525, and 9605.
Open–range titles: 1.5% increase to range minimums and maximums 10/1/02. 1.5% within range increase 10/1/02.
Merit Step–based titles:½ step increase 10/1/02. Eligible if career for 6 months as of 10/1/02, with a salary rate below the range maximum, and "Solid Performance" or better
Open–range titles: None
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool.
