What We Do
Gift Policy Administration ensures that gift-related documentation, solicitation materials, allocations, and fund usage comply with:
- UC San Diego and University of California policies and procedures
- Federal and state regulations
The team primarily reviews and approves the following for the solicitation and acceptance of gifts supporting UC San Diego, the Regents of the University of California, and the UC San Diego Foundation:
- Gift proposals
- Gift agreements
- Fundraising collateral
Resources and Support
- Submit a Request: Submit gift policy questions and review requests for fundraising collateral, gift agreements, and executive summaries.
- Gift Policy Resources: Access resources related to gift policy.
- Policies Governing Gifts: Review gift-related policies and guidelines.
