How to get access

Before you get started:

  • All users must sign in using UC San Diego’s business systems via Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • If you're unsure if you have SSO access, you can self-register online.

Staff:

  • If you're a new staff member in your unit and need to use the ISA, please request access through the Request Access module.
  • If you already have access and need access to an additional unit, please request access through the Request Access module.
  • Access is subject to approval by the unit head.
  • Access requests can usually be taken care of within 1-2 business days.

Instructors:

  • If you're currently employed in a unit and have a valid appointment, you should be automatically granted access to log in via your SSO credentials.
  • There may be a delay between when your employment information is finalized and when your SSO access is granted.
  • Please contact your unit’s HR representative for updates on your employment status.
