Read how to order a department endorsement stamp.
To comply with University and federal banking regulations, all checks deposited with the Central Cashier at the TritonPay Office must be stamped with a departmental endorsement stamp. To obtain an endorsement stamp for your department, follow the steps below.1. Select a vendor.

2. Order the endorsement stamp.
- Provide the vendor with the following information to be included on the stamp:

BANK OF AMERICA
National Trust and Savings Association
FOR DEPOSIT ONLY
REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
UC San Diego Depository Account
[your department name goes here]

3. Purchase the endorsement stamp.
- You may purchase the endorsement stamp with your UCSD Procurement Card.
- You may purchase the endorsement stamp and request a petty cash reimbursement.
4. Use the endorsement stamp.
- Stamp the back, left corner of the check. Most checks have a specific endorsement area on the back indicated by a "Endorse Here."
