Read how to order a department endorsement stamp.
When you make a deposit to the Central Cashier at the TritonPay Office, you must stamp each check with an endorsement stamp according to University and federal banking regulations. Follow the steps below to obtain an endorsement stamp for your department.1. Select a vendor.

2. Order the endorsement stamp.
- Provide the vendor with the following information to be included on the stamp:

BANK OF AMERICA
National Trust and Savings Association
FOR DEPOSIT ONLY
REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
UC San Diego Depository Account
[your department name goes here]

3. Purchase the endorsement stamp.
- You can purchase the endorsement stamp by using your UCSD Procurement Card.
4. Use the endorsement stamp.
- Stamp the back, left corner of the check. Most checks indicate "Endorse Here."
