Public Private Partnerships (P3) projects at the University of California San Diego (UC San Diego) are located on University of California / UC San Diego property (on or off campus) where the financing, design, construction, ownership, management and operations of the building and site amenities are paid for by a Developer through a long‐term ground lease with the Regents of the University of California (Regents).
