Asset Management

The Department of Asset Management oversees the various assets and properties that the University owns and operates:

Asset Management handles a variety of services pertaining to these assets, including but not limited to:

• Collaborating on on-campus and off-campus retail and office leasing
• Collaborating on telecom licensing activities
• Coordinating property management and capital/tenant improvement-related tasks
• Maintaining tenant relations
• Performing lease administration-related tasks
• Billing monthly rent and fees
• Preparing annual property budgets
• Preparing financial reporting
• Performing compliance-related activities
• Conducting strategic planning
