Printing from Devices
Imprints partnered with Wēpa to provide campus-wide printing access from campus labs, personal computers, tablets and smartphones.
Wēpa’s cloud-based printing solution lets you conveniently upload, print and pay for documents.
Departments can request a new Wēpa printing kiosk by submitting the Wēpa Request Form for student printing.
Rates
- Black-and-white - single sided: $0.11; double sided: $0.19
- Color - single sided: $0.30; double sided: $0.40
You only pay for the pages/sides you print.
How to Access Your Wēpa Account
UC San Diego students, faculty and staff with Active Directory (AD) accounts:
- Go to https://wepanow.com/login.
- Select the School (University of California San Diego UCSD).
- Login with their Single Sign-On credentials.
How to Create a Wēpa Account (Guests)
If you are not a UC San Diego student, faculty or staff member or don’t have an Active Directory (AD) account:
- Go to https://wepanow.com/login.
- Select the School (University of California San Diego UCSD).
- Select Register and create a new account with an email address.
Transferring iAccess Account Funds to Your Wēpa Account
Imprints will not issue refunds for remaining iAccess account balances, but you can transfer your iAccess account funds to your Wēpa account. You must create a Wēpa account (by following the steps above) before you can transfer your iAccess balance to it.
- Complete the online fund transfer request form.
- After funds are transferred to your Wēpa account, you will receive an email confirmation.
Printing

- Go to Wēpa Resources and start a live chat
- Documents are available for print or reprints for six days. After that, Wēpa removes documents from its print server.
- If the machine needs paper, toner or service, call Imprints, (858) 534-2377.
Billing
- Students can pay using TritonCash, Student Billing, or add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.
- Faculty and staff can pay using TritonCash or add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.
- Guests can add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.

- Some locations may not be accessible due to COVID-19 building closures.
- The printer in the Price Center – Bookstore and Price Center – Triton Lounge are available to all students.
