Triton Print & Digital Media partnered with Wēpa to provide campus-wide printing access from campus labs, personal computers, tablets and smartphones.

Wepa print station

Wēpa’s cloud-based printing solution lets you conveniently upload, print and pay for documents.

Rates

  • Black-and-white - single sided: $0.13; double sided: $0.20
  • Color - single sided: $0.35; double sided: $0.45

You only pay for the pages/sides you print.

How to Access Your Wēpa Account

UC San Diego students, faculty and staff with Active Directory (AD) accounts:

  1. Go to https://wepanow.com/login.
  2. Select the School (University of California San Diego UCSD).
  3. Login with their Single Sign-On credentials.

How to Create a Wēpa Account (Guests)

If you are not a UC San Diego student, faculty or staff member or don’t have an Active Directory (AD) account:

  1. Go to https://wepanow.com/login.
  2. Select the Register Tab to register for a new account.
  3. Create a new account with your email address.

To use Wēpa after you create your account:

  1. Go to https://wepanow.com/login.
  2. Select “A Guest User” for (University of California San Diego UCSD).
  3. Log into your Wēpa account.

Printing

  • For printing instructions or help setting up your print job:
  • Documents are available for print or reprints for six days. After that, Wēpa removes documents from its print server.
  • If the machine needs paper, toner or service, call Triton Print & Digital Media, (858) 534-2377.

Billing

  • Students can pay using TritonCash, Student Billing, or add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.
  • Faculty and staff can pay using TritonCash or add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.
  • Guests can add value to their Wēpa account with a credit card or PayPal online.
