Instructional Design at UC San Diego

Instructional design is a systemic approach to create content for effective learning. This program track will assist those that have been tasked with developing learning experiences to understand what is instructional design, the common methodologies used (ADDIE), how to design instructor-led training, how to develop elearning content, and much more!

Employees throughout UC San Diego engage in instructional design with varying degrees of experience in the topic. The Instructional Design Program Track is significant for employees looking to gain or improve on their instructional design skills to perform their job duties more effectively as subject-matter experts in their respective areas.
