About the library
The library was developed in order to provide you with quick references, tutorials, and other learning tools that will make use of the ONBOARDING Solution easy. Whether you use the Solution frequently or just occasionally, the Training Resource Library contains all the information you need to successfully onboard new hires.
Implementation of Tracker I-9 Complete
Tracker is a new tool being adopted by all UC campuses to create and track I-9 forms. Tracker is a solution provider for form I-9, E-Verify and immigration compliance, and will integrate with UCPath.- Tracker is being added to the ONBOARDING Solution on 3/25/2019. All existing ONBOARDING Solution users were automatically provisioned access to Tracker.

Required Training for Users
Required steps for gaining access to the ONBOARDING Solution:
- Your Department adopts
use of the Solution for its ONBOARDING processes - You complete the Computer-Based Training on the Learning Management System (login required)
You must demonstrate competency by passing the assessment. - Your Department assigns your role within the Solution and requests access
- Access is provisioned and you may begin using the ONBOARDING Solution
