Use these step-by-step instructions when applying for, or canceling, a UC San Diego-issued corporate billed Travel & Entertainment Card.
To apply
- To apply for a Travel & Entertainment Card, please follow the steps in the How to Request a New Travel & Entertainment Card Knowledge Base Article (KBA).
- You will need to attach the completed and signed Travel & Entertainment Cardholder Agreement to your Concur Request.
- You will also need to complete the required Travel & Entertainment Card training in UC Learning and attach the certification to your Concur Request.
