Note 1: The third Sunday of each month is reserved for normal system maintenance between midnight and 2:00 a.m. These hours may be altered as needed after prior coordination with clients. Major system upgrades will require extended outages, normally on a Sunday morning between midnight and 6:00 a.m. This time will be coordinated with clients before the outage.

Note 2: Saturday, Sunday, and holiday hours of availability for general use may be limited due to major upgrades. Normally, this downtime will be scheduled at or after 7 p.m. Some maintenance (e.g. new IFIS releases) will require an application to be unavailable for an entire day or weekend. When maintenance is required and a change is made to the hours of availability, ITS will issue an online broadcast message to give as much advance notice as possible. This broadcast information will also be shown at the top of this page. When there's a major change scheduled which will significantly reduce the available hours, we will e-mail or telephone key clients to coordinate the change.

Note 3: IFIS monthly ledger processing occurs the first or second weekend of every month; therefore, the first or second Saturday of each month, IFIS will be unavailable. ITS will issue an online broadcast message to give as much advance notice as possible.

Note 4: Payroll cycles occur every other Thursday and approximately the fifth working day from the end of the month.

Note 5: IFIS DSE and ISIS DSE are unavailable for 10 minutes between midnight and 12:10 a.m. daily.

Note 6: The Purchasing database is not available 3 - 7:30 a.m. Other database components may be unavailable for up to two hours each day for maintenance and backup purposes.
