Vision

We envision a community that provides support, nourishment, strategic engagement, and inspiration to enhance the Black experience at UC San Diego.

Purpose

Our chief purpose is to promote unity through advocacy for Black staff and enhance cultural understanding across UC San Diego. We believe the strength and well-being of our constituency creates capacity for strategic engagement and thought leadership within our institution and greater San Diego community.

We envision a workplace
