The Call to Action is a collective effort on behalf of the Black Staff Association constituency.
The Black Staff Association Executive Board presented a Call to Action letter to University leadership in November 2020. The purpose of this site is to provide clarity and specificity regarding the nature of the proposed recommendations to enhance the overall Black staff experience at UC San Diego.
