Oversees Office of Donor Stewardship. Responsible for oversight and reporting to ensure the appropriate and timely use of gift funds. Ensures all fund and gift related policies are adhered to. Provide oversight and strategic direction for the operational outputs of daily, monthly, annual, ad-hoc and multi-year strategic and comprehensive donor cohort stewardship reporting and impact communications. The Associate Director has oversight for all donor financial and narrative impact reporting, related systems and their enhancement, to ensure the appropriate and timely use of gift funds, and providing meaningful reports to donors, campus administration, and interested parties. Oversee and/or performs high-level research, review and analysis of endowed gift funds, current use gift funds, reporting and analyzing gift documents. Prepares appropriate and effective correspondence for donor gifts to UC San Diego. Works with Advancement, various departments and Principal Investigators throughout the university to develop, edit, design, and provide impact reports to donors for their giving. Assists with endowed fund report design, content and review.
Erin Jaimovich, Stewardship Senior Writer
Prepares appropriate and effective correspondence for donor gifts to UC San Diego. Writes and/or recommends unique acknowledgement letters for the signature of the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Advancement and other campus administration as required. Assists with endowed fund report design, content and review.
Vianey Fontaine, Donor Stewardship and Special Projects Analyst
Responsible for drafting original, personalized letters and correspondence, as well as producing large template-based acknowledgments and other general correspondence in response to donor giving per established criteria or special request. First time donors and employer matching gifts.
Lynn Nguyen, Financial Analyst - Gift Funds
Facilitates gift fund reporting and fund compliance, provides quarterly comprehensive gift fund reports, statement of giving reports, financial reports and ad hoc reports for various UC San Diego departments. Extracts and compiles giving and fund data.
