AD grants you secure access to spaces like the Virtual Private Network (VPN), financial systems like Oracle, Concur and more. | Business Systems is used to access business tools such as the link family, an integrated Web-based environment that provides access to sites like that provide administrative information for faculty, staff, students and some affiliates. | |||

The Support Framework is a multi-tiered guide designed to help the Budget & Finance community, including faculty or staff with financial responsibilities, identify which resources to use when a Finance-related question arises.
- Search the Knowledge Base
- The Budget & Finance Knowledge Base contains articles that provide users with information such as self-help, troubleshooting, and task resolution. The WalkMe Browser Extension adds various tips, walkthroughs, and resources to your Oracle and Concur applications. We also use WalkMe to add additional validation to your transactions, announcements, and reminders. Download the extension to your browser to unlock these features.
- Crowdsource Answers from Your Colleagues
- The Budget & Finance CoP is a learning network dedicated to bringing the UC San Diego financial community together to share and crowdsource knowledge related to specific budget & finance related topics. Participants come together to learn from and share practices and ideas to ensure departments’ success in managing the university’s fiscal responsibilities. Membership is open, and you are invited to participate in any areas of interest. We invite you to join in one of two ways:
- A new icon and direct link has been added to the Budget & Finance Services & Support homepage
- Link to the Budget & Finance CoP in MS Teams and find your group!
- The Budget & Finance CoP is a learning network dedicated to bringing the UC San Diego financial community together to share and crowdsource knowledge related to specific budget & finance related topics.
