Move Right UCSD

Move Right gets you moving, and feeling, well at work! Designed for our employees with physically demanding or repetitive jobs, the goal of the Move Right program is to keep our employees pain and injury-free.

A certified, knowledgeable, and experienced trainer will come to your location and lead an all-levels mobility, stretching, and/or strengthening session. Some tools used include resistance bands, myofascial release balls, and PVC pipes.

This program runs on a quarterly schedule (approximately 12 weeks at a time), and typically groups meet once or twice per week, on a set day(s) and time (e.g. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-10:25 AM).
