What we do
The Vice Chancellor Health Sciences Research Service Core (RSC) champions excellence in research administration by delivering high-quality Pre and Post Award fund management. Through trusted service, we foster faculty and leadership confidence while ensuring full compliance with sponsor requirements. RSC is deeply committed to empowering VCHS teams by investing in transformative training, innovative tools, and robust systems–fueling a culture of growth, collaboration, and impact.
Main Objectives
- Provide excellent standardized fund management practices for all VCHS departments
- Develop consistent, measurable, and reliable tools, training and systems that produce reliable and consistent measures
- Provide fund manager staffing to departments based on their interest to transition to shared services model
- Ensure compliance with all sponsors
