RA Activity Dashboard
The Research Administrator Activity Dashboard contains multiple reports and is intended to answer various business questions in one place while providing direct links to individual records.
The Research Administration Activity Dashboard provides a series of reports designed to support research administrators in tracking and managing proposals, awards, agreements, and subawards within the Kuali Research system. These tools offer visibility into the status of proposals and agreements (pending department or SPO action), details on submitted and funded proposals by fiscal year, and active or historical award transactions. Additional reports help users monitor outgoing subawards, identify pending compliance requirements, and track award end dates and closeout obligations.
The dashboard also includes helpful tools and instructions for customization and automation. Users can follow step-by-step guides to create unique report using specific filters and can subscribe to notifications based on these custom views. For administrative tasks like sponsor code verification or tracking subaward invoicing, the dashboard centralizes data access and enhances transparency, enabling more efficient and informed decision-making across the research lifecycle.

For help, new report requests, questions, and enhancements, requests can be submitted through the Business Analytics Hub (BAH).
If you would like to submit a request for a report to be prioritized, contact the the Research Administration Reporting and Analytics Help Desk by creating a ticket in the UC San Diego Support & Services Research Portal (login required).

Kuali Award Transactions Completed
How to Use
Use to search for and view recent or older sponsored research award transactions by date the transaction was processed in Kuali or COEUS(legacy system) , as well has the transaction amount, and current award total. The report also contains links to the Kuali Research Award record incase you need to view additional award information, or obtain award documents.

How to Use
Use to view list of sponsored research awards that will be ending or have ended as well as closeout report requirements (federal sponsors) by Sponsor Category; the default filter US Federal Government Agency sponsors but this can be edited as needed.

Kuali Outgoing Subawards Invoices
How to Use
Use to search for outgoing subawards both Active(End date has not passed) and Expired (End date has passed), and view total obligated amounts , total invoice amounts, aging invoice amounts (invoice amounts that have not been approved in Kuali by the department), and Subaward Available Amounts. The report also contains Total Obligated Amount of the Kuali Award funding the subaward, as well as links to the Kuali Research outoing subaward record.
