Saltaire

Saltaire, a division of Residential, Retail and Supply Chain Services, is a full-service catering and event planning department supporting the students, faculty, staff, and guests of the University.

We provide full-service catering and event coordination with the added bonus of knowing the campus inside and out. We also offer a variety of options for meetings, conferences, office parties, and working breakfasts and lunches. Our convenient boxes and platters are perfect for smaller gatherings, with delivery and pick-up.

Menus range from sustainable local food sources to authentic international cuisine and regional comfort classics. From tray-passed hors d’oeuvres to chef’s action stations, hearty buffets or elegant plated meals, we can do it all—and our expert Event Coordinators make planning a breeze.
