STORE partners with USPS and other vendors to provide postage stamps and shipping supplies through the Advanced Search catalog in Oracle Procurement. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of requisition approval.
Important Update
Effective September 18, 2026, shipping supplies will no longer be listed under UC San Diego STORE. As part of our transition to supplier-direct fulfillment, these items will now be listed and fulfilled by UC San Diego Outbound Shipping as the designated supplier.

Yes. As a self-supporting recharge unit of Logistics, STORE applies an 11% markup on postage stamps, a flat markup of $27.64 for shipping boxes, and $4.57 for shipping bags. These markups are already included in the catalog prices. Rates are reviewed and approved by the Recharge Advisory Committee based on a detailed evaluation of our operating expenses and are updated every two years.
