STORE partners with USPS and other vendors to provide postage stamps and shipping supplies through the Advanced Search catalog in Oracle Procurement. Most orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of requisition approval.

These markups are already included in the catalog prices. Rates are reviewed and approved by the Recharge Advisory Committee based on a detailed evaluation of our operating expenses and are updated every two years.
