Beginning September 18, 2026, STORE no longer sells tax-free ethanol alcohol. Please review the information on this page for important updates and resources regarding this change.

Important Update

Due to campus-wide budget constraints, UC San Diego has phased out STORE and its campus-managed fulfillment model. The STORE Tax-Free Ethanol Program has officially ended. All tax-free ethanol purchasing and delivery will now be fulfilled directly by contracted suppliers as of September 18, 2026.

Tax-free ethanol is now available through the VWR supplier punchout in Oracle Procurement, where clients will continue to have access to UC-negotiated pricing.
