Performance Management

Our Student Employment Performance Management resources are available to help People Leaders support the growth and development of their student employees. Designed to foster meaningful conversations around strengths, goal setting, performance, and career readiness, these resources are aligned with the UC San Diego Competencies and include a career readiness assessment, guided journaling and structured reflection frameworks to encourage self-reflection and professional growth, an employee self-evaluation, and a supervisor evaluation form. These tools can be used throughout the employment experience to set expectations, provide feedback, and guide students in connecting their work to future career goals.
