HX – Patient Care Professional (Represented by UPTE)

Range adjustment New salary ranges divided into four zones effective 7/1/03. Zone placement based on continuous years of related UCSD experience. Employees must be paid at or above zone minimum.
Merit 1.8% increase 7/1/03 to career, non–probationary employees with "Solid Performance" or better. New rate may exceed salary range maximum.
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool.
