Using the Pager Voice Mail System

Use this guide to update your voice mail greeting, retrieve your messages, and change your access code.

Note: Before you begin, you must have an active Pagesaver feature on the pager account. To add this feature, submit a ticket to the Medical Center IT (MCIT).Please send your request to UC San Diego Health Service Desk  or call x3-HELP or 619-543-4357

 

To access the main menu:

  • Dial your pager number.
  • Enter "0."
  • Enter your personal access code. (The default code is 1 2 3 4.)

Message retrieval
Press Action
2 Delete message
3 Play newest message
4 Play oldest message
5 Replay message
6 Play all messages
7 Time and date
9 Undelete all
* Help
# Disconnect


Change access code
Press Action
17 Update access code
3 Enter new access code,
