Follow these directions if you need to return a campus pager.

Please send your request to UC San Diego Health Service Desk  or call x3-HELP or 619-543-4357

Note: Pagers are disconnected after they're received by Telecom. Pagers not returned within 30 days of the CSR date will be disconnected and will incur a lost pager fee.
