We want to hear from you!

The Orange Initiative is a dedicated campus outreach initiative led by IT Services. Symbolized by vibrant orange, this initiative is designed to improve IT Services’ visibility and communication within our campus community. Our goal is to more effectively respond to the evolving technology needs of our customers and nurture the continued success of the UC San Diego community. We want to better understand how you are experiencing our services and products!  

Campus Tech Ambassadors are here to help!

As part of this initiative, we are deploying a special team known as the Campus Tech Ambassadors. Dressed in highly visible orange campaign shirts, student staff members of the Service Desk, as well as staff from other IT Services units will meet and assist our customers around campus and improve our customer advocacy when there are service issues. Beyond this, they will gather analytics out in the field; listen to customers directly; gather feedback, survey the community; as well as provide relevant updates to customers about IT Services.
