How to add events on the shared IDEAS Council Calendar:

  • Invite as an attendee to your event
  • Invitation will be reviewed and accepted and then will show on the shared calendar

Guidelines for posting on the shared IDEAS Council Calendar:

  • Include proper date, start/end time (not including prep-time), event name, event location
  • Provide a description within the notes
  • Provide links to event pages, registration sites, websites, other relevant info
  • Provide Contact Info in this format:
         “Questions? Contact for more info: *enter contact information here*

Suggested Events Include:

  • Public events
  • Invitation only events (exclude location details)
  • Program deadlines
  • Pitch competition deadlines
  • Other application deadlines
