How to add events on the shared IDEAS Council Calendar:
- Invite ideascouncil@ucsd.edu as an attendee to your event
- Invitation will be reviewed and accepted and then will show on the shared calendar
Guidelines for posting on the shared IDEAS Council Calendar:
- Include proper date, start/end time (not including prep-time), event name, event location
- Provide a description within the notes
- Provide links to event pages, registration sites, websites, other relevant info
- Provide Contact Info in this format:
“Questions? Contact for more info: *enter contact information here*”
Suggested Events Include:
- Public events
- Invitation only events (exclude location details)
- Program deadlines
- Pitch competition deadlines
- Other application deadlines
