Disability Counseling and Consulting (DCC) provides disability management and job accommodation consultation services to UC San Diego faculty and staff.

Use the UC San Diego Accommodation Services Log to request a reasonable accommodation or workplace adjustment, or to document one that has been provided. When you open the log, select “Disability Accommodations.” You’ll see the below two options. Once you understand your request type, access the Accomodation Services Log.

What We Do
Disability Counseling and Consulting (DCC) supports UC San Diego faculty and staff, as well as supervisors and HR practitioners, with disability-related workplace needs.
We provide:
• Consultation on reasonable accommodations and workplace adjustments
• Guidance through the interactive process
• Return-to-work planning after illness, injury, or surgery
• Support for supervisors and HR partners responding to accommodation requests
• Coordination with Benefits and Leave programs related to disability
• Referrals to campus and community disability resources

Disability Income for Employees
