Use this step-by-step guide to order a new telephone or new phone service.
1. Choose a model.
- Look at the various models that are available.
2. Review service features and feature packages.
- Consider which features or feature package you will use.
3. Learn about the costs.
- Review installation fees and monthly rates.
4. Order service.
- Use a Customer Service Request (CSR) to send your order to Telecom.
- Telecom will contact you within 48 business hours.
