How to Order Desk Phones

Use this step-by-step guide to order a new telephone or new phone service.

Effective September 8th, 2023, our prices for installations, moves, and software changes have increased. Current rates are listed below.

1. Choose a model.

  • Look at the various models that are available.

2. Review service features and feature packages.

3. Learn about the costs.

4. Order service.

  • Use a Customer Service Request (CSR) to send your order to Telecom.
  • Telecom will contact you within 48 business hours.
