Join us for Triton Days Open House on April 12, 2025! This signature event invites admitted first-year students and transfer applicants to experience UC San Diego through immersive tours and academic insights. Showcase your unit and help students make informed decisions about becoming a Triton.
Following Triton Days Open House, we will host a Transfer Celebration on Friday, May 9, exclusively for admitted transfer students. Engage with participants by having a booth at our resource fair and showcasing your unit through an open house.

Please review your inbox for details. Information was sent to the submitter’s email and any alternative emails listed in the registration form. If you haven’t received it, please check with your unit to have it forwarded to you.
Transfer Celebration details will be shared in mid-April.
IMPORTANT
- Please refrain from organizing any independent events or webinars during the specified dates and times for Triton Days and the Transfer Celebrations. Coordination is paramount for our collective success, and we appreciate your cooperation in creating a seamless and impactful experience for all involved.
- Please wear UC San Diego gear and/or past Triton Days T-shirts. Shirts will no longer be provided for all campus participants moving forward.
- Remember to dress appropriately for the forecasted weather on the day of the event.

3 Ways to Engage
Showcase your space during our event. Connect with students and guests, answer questions, and highlight your unit's resources
Information Session - 9 am - 2:45 pm
Provide insight into your department/major in a 30-minute info session. Share highlights, answer questions, and give a deeper understanding of your unit.
Resource Fair Booth - 9 am - 3pm
Showcase your unit by tabling at our resource fair. Distribute materials and swag, engage with guests, and offer deeper insights into what your unit offers.
Department Open House - Between 8 am - 3 pm
Showcase your space during our event. Connect with students and guests, answer questions, and highlight your unit's resources.

Resource Fair Booth
Showcase your unit by tabling at our resource fair. Distribute materials and swag, engage with guests, and offer deeper insights into what your unit offers.
Department Open House
Showcase your space at a time of your choice between 9 AM - 2 PM PT. Connect with students and guests, answer questions, and highlight your unit's resources.
GUIDEBOOK EVENT APP
We're going green this year! To elevate the student experience and make accessing event information seamless, we're excited to introduce our new event app. This app will provide all the essential details right at your fingertips, reducing our environmental impact. More information about this exciting update will be shared once registration closes. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore this innovative technology.
Virtual Booths
By registering, you'll create a dynamic virtual booth that will be featured in our Guidebook mobile app, ensuring students and their families can easily access it after Triton Days. Your virtual booth will provide attendees with your unit's key contact details, essential information, and highlights of your offerings—helping to foster meaningful student engagement and extend the impact of our main event.
