The Knowledge Resources You Need–When You Need Them

The UC San Diego Library provides access to more than 7 million digital and print volumes, journals, and multimedia materials to meet the knowledge demands of scholars, students, and members of the public. We:

  • provide 24/7 digital access to more than 588,000 e-books
  • purchase and make available more than 42,000 e-periodicals
  • provide access to about 300,000 items from our digitized collections
  • have digital streaming rights for more than 28,000 films

The Library’s vast resources and services are accessed more than 87,500 times each day via the Library’s website.
