Emergency Medical Training Resources

Emergency medical training is available at UC San Diego from these sources:

Center for Resuscitation Science at UC San Diego Extension
  • The Center for Resuscitation Science is an authorized American Heart Association Community Training Center (CTC) offering state-of-the-art training from physician-scientists, access to classes in our simulation facility, use of high-fidelity human patient simulators and a nationally recognized two-year American Heart Association card upon completion of a course.
  • Offerings include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) courses and renewal courses.
  • Employees can charge course fees directly to their department's financial index.
