This page outlines key changes specific to TSS-driven retrofits going live in June 2026.

This release makes TSS course schedule data available as well as adds additional information to the Incoming Students Report that was not available in the initial April retrofit.

Incoming Students Report

The table below describes that June update changes as well as reminders where the data may be different in ISIS vs TSS.

As with the April release, data related to Academic History is not available for continuing students until the ~July release. As a result, major-related fields for terms prior to Fall 2026 (FA26) will remain blank until the July update is implemented. This impacts College, Major and Major-related fields such as Major Department.

To view College, Major and Major-related data for Admits prior to FA26, please use the recommended SIS Data Source filter to view this data from ISIS.

Admitted College	June Update: While the April release only had the college code, the full college name is now available. Reminder: While many are the same, some have changed. Example: Thurgood Marshall College ISIS: "THURGOOD MARSHALL (FRMLY THIRD)" TSS: "THURGOOD MARSHALL COLLEGE" Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Major Division Current	June Update: The calculations that derived this value for the April release have been removed. The Major Division is now coming from TSS. Reminder that the exact name for some divisions have changed. For example: ISIS: SCHOOL OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES TSS: SCHOOL OF ARTS & HUMANITIES Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Major Department Code Current	June Update: The calculations that derived this value for the April release have been removed. The Major Department is now coming from TSS. Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Degree Type Code Current	June Update: The calculations that derived this value for the April release have been removed. The Degree Type Code is now coming from TSS.

Campus Schedule of Classes

Specific fields have new codes in TSS. Please review the list below to see which report fields/filters are impacted:

Field	Comments
Term Code	TSS allows up to 5 characters. Some calendars make use of this, while others do not. For Academic Terms, Undergraduate or Graduate calendars use the standard 4-character term codes (ie. FA26), while Medicine and/or Pharmacy calendars use the 5-character versions. Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data for specific student levels.
SIS Data Source	New Field!! Indicates if this data comes from ISIS or TSS. Terms prior to FA26 come from ISIS. Terms starting FA26 or later come from TSS.
Course Level	New Field!! This field replaced Course Level Code. TSS uses a new course level code format instead of the familiar ISIS 2-character codes. So the Course Level Code was replaced with Course Level to ease the transition. Example: Instead of "LD" or "0010" you will see "Lower Division". Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data for specific student levels. The Course Level descriptive text for some student levels is different. Example: ISIS: School of Medicine TSS: Medical
Class Section ID	TSS rows have new codes and new format! These typically will begin with either an "E " or "EL" followed by 8 characters. Visit the Triton Student System (TSS) Training page to learn more.
Class Section Number	TSS rows have new codes and new format! Visit the Triton Student System (TSS) Training page to learn more. Accidental Filter Warning: These may have a different number or format in TSS. If you filter on only one of these variations you may accidentally be filtering your data for a specific source system.
Class Component Enrollment Count	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data becomes available in SAH (~July). Keep an eye on the Current and Future Report Development page to see when this data will be available. Accidental Filter Warning: Until enrollment data is available, the enrollment count will always be zero. Filtering for enrollment counts or ranges that do not include zero will result in no FA26 data. Filtering on Enrollment Count for prior terms is unaffected.
Class Section Status	FA26 data coming soon. Accidental Filter Warning: The codes are different in TSS. If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data.
Class Section Restriction Codes	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July).
Primary Instructor Full Name Primary Instructor ID	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July). Accidental Filter Warning: As instructor data is not yet available, if you filter on a specific instructor you will not get any data for FA26.
Class Section Co-Instructor Names	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July).
Crosslisted Course Flag	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July). Accidental Filter Warning: As this data is not yet available, if you use this filter you will not get any data for FA26.
Section Credit/Grade Flag	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July). Accidental Filter Warning: As this data is not yet available, if you use this filter you will not get any data for FA26.
Class Section Text	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July).
Room Capacity	FA26 data will be available when student enrollment data is available (~July).
Class Component Additional Meeting Type Code	Standard meeting data is available for FA26. Additional meetings such as Midterms or Final Exams for FA26+ is pending being added to TSS
