This page outlines key changes specific to TSS-driven retrofits going live in April 2026.

This release only impacts one report, but this is also the first time TSS data is available via BAH.

FA26 Application Load Status

Undergraduate Students

The initial load of FA26 undergraduate applicants has been completed. Only basic application information was loaded at this time, with additional information coming during future phases of the TSS and Student Activity Hub transitions.

Graduate/Medical/Pharmacy Students (As of 4/3/2026)

These applications are scheduled to be loaded in the near future. Only historical applications data is available via the ISIS-rows.

Changes Impacting These Fields

Specific fields have new codes in TSS. Please review the list below to see which report fields/filters are impacted:

Field	Comments
Student PID	This field is being replaced with two fields "Legacy Student PID" and "TSS Student Number".
Student First Name Student Middle Name	The way TSS stores name information is different. ISIS: First and Middle names will be in separate fields. TSS: First and Middle names appear together in the "Student First Name" field. Students will be prompted to update their names when they first login to TSS.
Applicant Type	Only one value is changing: ISIS: "New Freshman/High School" TSS: "New First Year Student" Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select both options.
Application Decision Code	A few values are changing: ISIS: A01, A02, A03, A13, A03W TSS: ADMT Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Level	New values are expected for Medicine and Pharmacy students: ISIS: "School of Medicine" TSS: "Medical" ISIS: "Schl Pharmacy & Pharmaceut Sci" TSS: "Pharmacy" Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Admitted College Codes	These have all changed to more intuitive codes. Example: Revelle College ISIS: "RE" TSS: "REV" Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only one type, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Major Code Current	Multiple changes impacting this field: Major Codes look different in TSS. Check out the Major Codes blink page to see the old and new codes for each student level. New Students: Until academic history data is loaded into TSS (and SAH), the TSS-sourced rows will only show the Admitted Major for new students. The field will match the source system, but TSS won't know about major changes until the academic history is loaded (~July 2026). Continuing Students: For Major information for historic applications, please use the recommended/default SIS Data Source filter to view this data from ISIS as it will not be available in TSS until academic history is loaded (~July 2026). Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on the Major Code from one system, you may accidentally be filtering out data you want. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Major Division Current	This will continue to show the Major Division related to the Student Primary Major Code Current. So impacts to the "Student Primary Major Code Current" will also impact this field. For the initial April release, the TSS rows for this field will be populated via a calculation that derives the value from the "Student Primary Major Code Current". Note that the exact name for some divisions are changing. For example: ISIS: SCHOOL OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES TSS: SCHOOL OF ARTS & HUMANITIES Accidental Filter Warning: If you filter on only spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Student Primary Major Department Code Current	This will continue to show the Major Department related to the Student Primary Major Code Current. So impacts to the "Student Primary Major Code Current" will also impact this field. For the initial April release, the TSS rows for this field will be populated via a calculation that derives the value from the "Student Primary Major Code Current".
Student Primary Degree Type Code Current	This will continue to show the Primary Degree Type related to the Student Primary Major Code Current. So impacts to the "Student Primary Major Code Current" will also impact this field. For the initial April release, the TSS rows for this field will be populated via a calculation that derives the value from the "Student Primary Major Code Current".
Incoming High School Incoming High School ID Incoming Other School Incoming Other School ID Incoming Other School Category	This data is not a part of the initial TSS data release. It is expected to be release in the next update (May). For continuing students, please use the recommend (default) SIS Data Source setting to view this data from ISIS.
Application Status	This data is not a part of the initial TSS data release. It is expected to be release in the next update (May). Address Fields	Only valid addresses were migrated to TSS resulting in variances between ISIS and TSS rows. Please use the recommend (default) SIS Data Source setting to view this data from ISIS for continuing students and TSS only for new students.
Personal Email Address	This information is not available in TSS, so this field will be blank on the TSS rows. Please use Campus Email Address when contacting current or incoming students.
