This page outlines key changes specific to TSS-driven retrofits going live in August 2026.

This release will make Fall 2026 (FA26) data from TSS available. The following reports are included in this release:

Campus Class List
Campus Student Information
Campus Grades
Campus Course Information

This release adds new data to the following reports:

Incoming Students Report
Major and related fields will reflect the student's current major. For students that have not changed their major, there is no impact.
Campus Schedule of Classes
Enrollment Counts are now available.

Campus Class List

The table below describes the August update changes, limitations and reminders where the data may be different in ISIS vs TSS.

This table lists the fields with new codes/values or other changes.
Field	Comments
SIS Data Source	New Field! Indicates if this data comes from ISIS or TSS. Terms prior to FA26 come from ISIS. Terms starting FA26 or later come from TSS.
Course Subject Code and Number	New Filter! These are formatted to align with TSS. Please use the new format for both ISIS-terms and TSS-terms. Example: MATH-020C
Course Number	The Course Number has been reformatted to align with Course Numbers in TSS. Example: MATH-020C
Event Package Component	New Filter! Impact by SIS Data Source: ISIS - no impact. You can just ignore this box. TSS - Unlike ISIS, in TSS the student enrolls in all components of a course (the whole Event Package). This filter will let you switch between the primary component (click here to learn more about course components) versus viewing all components. If you want only one row of data per student per course, such as to see how many students have booked courses in your department, use the "Primary Component Only" setting.
Instruction Type	Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options. For example, as of August 2026, "Field Work", "Internship" and "Study Abroad" are ISIS only.
Course Department Code	Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only one spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options.
Course Level	The Course Level has replaced Course Level Code in the report. Instead of seeing "LD" or "0010" you will see "Lower Division". This change applies both to the filter prompt as well the available Report Fields.
Primary Instructor Full Name	Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only one spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options. The source for Primary Instructor Full Name is different depending on the SIS Data Source. ISIS: the data comes from ISIS TSS: the data comes from UC Path
Student Class Enrollment Status Category	!!!As of August 2026, Waitlist data from TSS is not yet available. Please use the Waitlist Report in TSS. Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only one spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options. Values by SIS Data Source: ISIS: Enroll, Drop, Withdraw TSS: Enroll, Drop* * For TSS, "Drop" indicates that the Event Package booking was cancelled.
Student Classification Student Classification Code	Student Classification and Student Classification Code (also known as class level) are still being worked on by the TSS team. Once available in the source system, these should appear in the report the following business day.
Student Major Department Code Student Major Code and/or Title UG Minor Code and/or Title	Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only one spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options. Major and Minor codes have changed. In some cases, the Department Code has changed as well.
Grade Option Name	New Field! Check the box next to this field in "Report Fields" to have this column included in your report.

The table below describes the August update changes, limitations and reminders where the data may be different in ISIS vs TSS.

Student Count	New Field!! Distinct count of TSS Student Numbers associated with the other information on the row.
Event Package Component	New Filter! Impact by SIS Data Source: ISIS - no impact. You can just ignore this box. Options: Campus Student Information Attempted Units from Campus Grades without any course/section filters Attempted Units from Campus Class List with the Event Package Component set to "Primary Only" and Student Class Enrollment Status Category to "Enroll".
Attempted Units Term Cumulative	Not available for FA26 as of August 2026.
Completed Units Term Cumulative Passed Units Term Cumulative Grade Point Units Term Cumulative Grade Points Term Cumulative GPA Term Cumulative	Reminder: Not available for FA26. As per the traditional academic cycle, these will not be available until the end of a term after grades come in. To view the student's cumulative units/points as of the beginning of FA26, please run for SP26 or for the last term the student was enrolled.

TSS Student Number Legacy Student PID	These fields have replace the Student PID. Note that most FA26 admits will not have a Legacy Student PID.
Student Classification Code and/or Title	Student Classification, also known as class level are still being worked on by the TSS team. Once available in the source system, these should appear in the report the following business day.
Registration Status	As of August 2026, this is calculated in the report as follows. ISIS - The Registration Status for the term according to ISIS. (no change) TSS: Enrolled if the student is booked in 1 or more units for the term. Cancellation Pending if the student was but is no longer booked in any units, but they have an active sessional registration. Cancelled if the student was but is no longer booked in any units and the sessional registration has been cancelled.
Student First Enrolled Term Code All	As of August 2026, academic history is still being loaded into TSS. So, when the SIS Data Source is TSS, this will indicate FA26 for both new and continuing students. For the interim, to see the First Enrolled Term for continuing students, please refer to a prior term (where SIS Data Source is ISIS).
Student Major Department Code Student Major Code and/or Title	Unintended Filter Warning: If you filter on only one spelling option, you may accidentally be filtering out your data. When using the recommended/default SIS Data Source, please select all relevant options. Major codes have changed. In some cases, the Department Code has changed as well.
UG Minor Code and/or Title UG Primary Minor Code UG Secondary Minor Code	Not available for FA26 as of August 2026. Anticipated to be available in September. Minor codes have changed. In some cases, the Department Code has changed as well.
Attempted Units Term	As of August 2026, this is temporarily being calculated in the report.
Attempted Units Term Cumulative	As of August 2026, academic history is still being loaded into TSS. So, when the SIS Data Source is TSS, this will be 0. For continuing students, please refer to a prior term (where SIS Data Source is ISIS).
