Triton Student System (TSS) Training

Find resources for faculty and staff on main campus and in the Division of Extended Studies (DES): How to navigate and use TSS, including key concepts, shared processes and role-specific responsibilities.

Overview

TSS is UC San Diego's new student information system, replacing the legacy system (ISIS) and bringing together Main Campus and Division of Extended Studies onto the same system.

TSS impacts nearly every part of the student lifecycle, including scheduling courses, grading, billing, financial aid, and more.

Note: TSS is not yet live. For more information about the TSS project, updates and resources, please visit the Triton Student System (TSS) page on the ESR website.

Scheduling in ISA Training Resources

New resources have been created to explain the key changes that departments will see as course, class, and section data transition from ISIS to Triton Student Systems (TSS) and are managed in the Instructional Scheduling Assistant (ISA). The following materials provide an overview of the structural changes introduced with TSS, and support schedulers as they begin working with scheduling data in ISA.

More to come: This page will be continued to be updated as more TSS training resources become available.
