  • Original source of funding is federal
  • Recipient of a FFT award is called a “subrecipient”    
  • The source of the FFT award is called a “Pass Through Entity” or “Prime Recipient”c
  • All applicable federal guidelines flow down to the subrecipient
  • Final reporting/billing requirement normally due within 30 to 60 days of end date
