The Research Administration Reporting and Analytics team has been tasked with improving the quality and availability of Research Administration data for campus consumers. While the team continues to work on these efforts, legacy tools and queries are still available for use by campus users. However, please be advised that these legacy tools are no longer being supported or maintained and, as such, the data found within them may not be fully accurate.

Award Reports
The Electronic Research Administration Program (ERAP) developed a suite of Current Support reports and a Proposal and Award Lookup report to help department administrators such as Fund Managers, MSOs, Department Chairs, and other authorized administrators, see data from current awards within the Contract & Grant System's award module.

Legacy Award Queries
The following legacy queries let you retrieve sponsored project award information for your department, organization, or fund based on criteria such as the research person (PI or Co-Pi), budget/ project dates and amounts, or award status.
Please be advised that the queries below were developed in an application that is no longer being maintained and as such, the data provided within them may not be fully accurate.
- The Award Data for Departments-Detail query provides information by the full UCSD award number. Use this query to find detailed information on any any award for a particular department, PI, or fund.
- The Award Data for Departments-Summary query provides information by the base UCSD award number. Use this query to find a high-level summary of information on the entire award for a particular department or PI.

Legacy Proposal queries
The following legacy proposal queries let you retrieve proposal information for your department based on criteria such as the research person (PI or co-PI), sponsoring agency, or proposal status.
Please be advised that the queries below were developed in an application that is no longer being maintained and as such, the data provided within them may not be fully accurate.
- The Proposal Data for Departments query provides information on proposals submitted to the sponsoring agency. Use this query to see a list of proposals that have been submitted and are awaiting funding or to determine how many proposals have been submitted during a particular month or year.
- The Proposal Log Data for Departments query provides the roster of all UCSD proposal numbers generated by the Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) for PIs. Use this query to see all proposal numbers created by OCGA for your department during a particular time period.
