Reflecting on What Makes Us Proud

At our recent Campus HR Staff Town Hall, Chief Human Resources Officer Terri Winbush invited us to pause and reflect on a powerful question: What did you do this year to make future you proud?

In this video, Terri reads some of your responses aloud, celebrating the ways our community continues to learn, adapt, and support one another. We hope these words offer you a moment of encouragement, connection, and pride in your own journey.

During the Staff Town Hall, it was mentioned that individuals are allowed to know another person’s salary. However, we'd like to emphasize that this does not mean it is a new work requirement for employees to automatically disclose salary information upon request.

The recommended approach is to direct individuals to the UC Annual Wage website where everyone’s salary information is already available. Learn more in this letter from CHRO Terri Winbush.
