QueryLink can deliver information on permanent budget data showing budget cycles, budget hierarchy, chart of account, fund categories, budget and FTE amounts, and transaction details.

Query Permanent Budget (login required)
Description Retrieves information about:
  • Permanent budget and full-time employee allocations made at the beginning of the fiscal year
  • Any transfers that were made within the fiscal year
  • The net balance
Location Click the Queries button in FinancialLink or DataLink
Required security Mainframe IFIS or Darwin Account
