Subscription Software Renewal Dates

The titles below are available by subscription through campus licenses.

Subscriptions are renewed annually. ITS Software Licensing Support team manage renewals.

License and IFIS changes and subscription cancelations must be made by the date listed below. If no change or cancelation is received, subscriptions will automatically renew using the original information.

Renewal Dates

Adobe Acrobat Pro ETLA

New enrollment commitments by June 8
License effective July 24

Adobe Creative Cloud ETLA

New Enrollments: Put a case through support.ucsd.edu to the Enterprise Software Licensing Team
Renewals are automatic through July 23, 2023. 

Adobe Creative Cloud VIP
Annual licenses maintained by UCSD Software Distribution have an anniversary date of August 5.  All licenses will need to be renewed before July 31 to continue Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions.

Renew by February 1

JMPRenew starting April 14

Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement (MCCA)
Renewals: Renewal forms are sent by Software Licensing Team to current MCCA Departments.
New Enrollments: Put a case through support.ucsd.edu to the Enterprise Software Licensing Team
License effective July 1

Renew two weeks before the end of the academic year
