Download the calendar
Download the 2026-2027 calendar.ics file to add these dates to your personal calendar. An .ics file can be imported into Outlook, iCal (Apple), and Google Calendar.
Import to Outlook
- Download the .ics file above, and save it on your computer.
- Go to Outlook and click on the File tab, then choose Open & Export.
- Click Open Calendar (.ics), browse to the file you just saved and click OK.
- In Outlook Calendar, right-click on the calendar name or tab to overlay the academic calendar with your existing calendar.
If you use Microsoft 365, follow the directions for importing the file into Outlook on the web.
Import to iCal
- On your iPhone or iPad: Touch the .ics link above and you'll be prompted to save the calendar items to one of the existing calendars in your calendar app. These calendar items should then be visible across all devices sharing your AppleID.
- On your desktop Mac:
- Download the .ics file above, and save it on your computer.
- Open Apple Calendar, select File > Import > Import.
- Locate and select the .ics file you downloaded, and click Import.
- Choose a calendar to add the events to, and select OK.
Import to Google Calendar
- Download the .ics file above, and save it on your computer.
- Open Google Calendar and follow Google's instructions to import the calendar events.
