To place an order, please submit a ticket, select Get Help & Order Services, then select Mobile Phones (department's approval required prior to submission). If you are having trouble choosing a device, you can visit a local AT&T store to check out the different devices before submitting the form.

International travel for UCSD cell phone users

Note: Please submit a ticket to request International features activation for business related trips (department’s approval required prior to submission). To ensure that the international features will be activated on time, please send your notification at least 2 business days prior. End users are also responsible for submitting another ticket or reply to their prior ticket upon their return to the U.S. to request for international features removal.  Please see the Cell Phone Overview page to view details of standard international features.
