The Arab American Association is a diverse collection of UC San Diego community members that supports all those who identify as Arab or who are interested in the cultures, language, history, and traditions of Arab peoples, whose geographies historically span Southwest Asia and North Africa (SWANA). Our goal is to uplift the richness of Arab and Arab-American heritage and history through education and celebration.

The UC San Diego community holds great respect for the land and the original people of the area where our campus is located. The university is built on the stolen land of the Kumeyaay Nation. Today, the Kumeyaay people continue to maintain their political sovereignty and cultural traditions as vital members of the San Diego community. We acknowledge their tremendous contributions to our region and thank them for their stewardship.
