Academic Integrity Office

The Academic Integrity (AI) Office promotes and supports a culture of academic integrity in order to reinforce quality teaching and learning at UC San Diego. 

Services:

• Provide faculty and TA training on reducing cheating and enhancing integrity in the classroom
• Educate students on integrity (academic & professional) and ethical decision-making
• Promote and support integrity through events with other campus leaders (students, faculty and staff)
• Handle academic integrity reviews and shepherd parties through the process

• Enhancing academic integrity in the classroom
• Including academic integrity in your syllabus
• Suggested classroom rules for exams
  (including assigned seating plans)
• Talking to a student suspected of cheating
• Preparing for an academic integrity revew
