Labor Relations/ Complaint Resolution

The Labor Relations office represents UCSD in the grievance and arbitration processes provided in collective bargaining agreements and in the complaint procedures provided by the Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM).

Labor Relations, a unit within the Human Resources Department, serves as the university representative in the grievance and arbitration procedure and university complaint resolution process.
