Range adjustment No adjustment to salary structures or salary ranges.
Merit No merit program.
Employee Incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool
Casual-Restricted increases No adjustment to Assistant series ranges. No salary adjustments after 12 months on pay status.
Other Shift differential and on–call rate increases to healthcare titles.
