3% range adjustment for NP and NA titles effective 5/1/04
5% increase for Per Diem titles effective 5/1/04.
Step placement based on years of experience.
Merit No merit program
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool.
Other Automatic one–step advancement for employees in career or limited appointments effective 5/1/04.
