Open Enrollment

Find out about Open Enrollment, when you can make changes to your health and insurance plans.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review benefits enrollment and make changes. It begins Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011. All changes are effective Jan. 1, 2012. Additionally, Open Enrollment is the time for faculty and staff to enroll eligible dependents, including children up to age 26.

All Open Enrollment materials are available through At Your Service. If you don't wish to make changes for 2012, you don't need to do anything. However, participation in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) requires annual enrollment.

The benefits fair will be held Tuesday, Nov. 8, Noon–3 p.m. in the Price Center, Ballroom East.
