- Create a collaborative environment where trusted relationships and teamwork are encouraged.
- Continuously improve human resources service and productivity through innovation, knowledge and technology.
- Promote the consistent interpretation and enforcement of policies, procedures, local, state and Federal laws and regulations throughout the University.
We provide full scope HR services to leadership, managers, supervisors and staff in specific organizational areas.
We serve as the first point of contact for HR related questions or concerns.
We build an informed student employment community and maximize students on-campus work experience to help them reach their goals.
